JobQuery getParams error, param table error

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to review my latest jobs on FUMA but i keep getting the error message "JobQuery getParams error" and "param table error". I also tried to do the job again only to get "ERROR:100" now. Is there any issue going on with the web lately?

Hi there,

The job with ID 281446 appears to be deleted. Are you sure you are able to see this job under "my jobs"?
Have you tried to refresh the page? Could you also provide some screenshots so that I can assist you further?

Yes, i got this job under "my jobs", and i've tried to refresh the page many times but the error persist. Here are the screenshots.

Unfortunately, I still cannot find the 281446 job. On the other hand, I found the 285347 (the faulty one) and it seems like you uploaded a <__MACOSX> folder, with some content in it. I would kindly ask you to delete them both and try to re-run everything uploading a correct file type as mentioned in the description on the submission page.

Hi,

I'm getting the same error with all of my jobs (for example ID 201532). It is shown under "My jobs", but results fail to load with the aforementioned error names.

Hi Triin,

Your job 201532 had been created on 2022-08-22 07:49:57 and updated on 2023-10-10 11:24:23 which means that clearly something went wrong. Very long-running jobs are getting killed automatically after a couple of hours. It might be the case that your job took too much to run. Could you try to re-run that job?

Hi Anastasios,

The job was completed a long time ago (Aug 2022) without any errors , I just wanted to re-check some of the results in the tables, so I haven't rerun it. It's the same case with all of my jobs I have ever run on FUMA - none of them opens anymore.

Hi,

There are tens of such jobs, but for example, anything from 210317-210330, and 251439 from more recent ones (at the same time 251431 from the more recent batch with identical settings opens fine).
