I would like to see not only the OR (Odds Ratio) values but also the 95% CI (Confidence Interval) for OR in the SNPs (annotations) results generated by FUMA. How can I do this?

Hi,
You can caluate the 95% CI for each SNP in your input summary statistics from the Beta and SE.
