Hi,
I was trying to run the SNP2GENE (Job ID 557836) but got the ERROR:005. However, there was a significant SNP at the GWAS level. Can you please check and let me know what to do?
Thanks,
Sayem

Hi Sayem,
The significant SNP in your input file is in hg38:
The reference in FUMA is in hg19. Therefore, you need to use liftover to convert to hg19:
After converting to hg19 coordinates, please resubmit your job.
Best, Tanya

Thank you so much, Tanya. Do I need to liftover all the SNPs or just the significant one?
Best,
Sayem

Hi Sayem,
Because currently FUMA does not support GRCh38, I would suggest you use hg19 for all of the variants.
