Long running jobs

Hi,

I'm currently running a number of jobs that seem to be very long running (over an hour). I have been getting timeout errors on these files since yesterday. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Howard,

Your jobs are taking a long time because of the run time of MAGMA.

If results that requires magma is not necessary, you can uncheck magma in the submission form.
