Error:001

Hi I am running a handful of files and I processed them all the same but some are printing out Error:001 and others are running fine and I have no idea why. Is there any additional information you can give me about why I am getting that error?

Hi Caitlin, 

Please provide the jobIDs of the ones that failed. 

Alternatively you should look at why your jobs failed. You can inspect the logs under My Jobs page. For example:
