My job 491184 shows ERROR:magma. What's wrong?
I have checked the columns and also removed dupliate SNP IDs.

I have run the job "658060Exonic_T2D_cov", but I encountered an error: magma. I checked the file and there are no missing values especially for the p-value column.
I appreciate your help!

One difference here is that:
after pre-processing by FUMA there were only 232 snps left in this job658060 . Is this what you expect?
