Cell-type Analaysis, Undefined Error

Hi,

Today (2026-06-15) I ran cell-type analyses and encountered this Error:Undefined (Job IDs: 744950 and  744904). Meanwhile, for each job, I received two emails, one saying the job was done successfully, while the other reporting an undefined error. I am aware that this issue was reported before and should have been fixed, but I am still having it somehow.

However, I bypassed this issue by accessing the result through e.g., the website https://fuma.ctglab.nl/celltype/744950. By replacing the final numbers with other Job ID, I could also accessing my other jobs with error. Though those websites display no results, only the "Download files" button works.

Hi Penghao, 

Thank you for reporting the issue. I just pushed an update which should fix the issue now. I tested it on my end and was able to view the results: 

I have also updated the status of jobs that should have been successful so that you should be able to view the results on the site now.
