I dont have  rsid column on my input file. what I have is SNPid: having chr:pos . I received this message when I inputted my summary statistic data.
What do I do next?

This is unfortunate! An error occurred during the process of your job (job ID: 76659, job title: MYGWAS).
ERROR: 1 (Input file format was not correct / There was no SNPs remained after formatting the input summary statistics.)
Please make sure your input file has sufficient column names.

Hi,

I am sorry for my slow response.

Do you have chr and SNP column separately or you only have SNPid column?
When there is no rsID column, FUMA tries to annotate rsID based on the reference panel using chromosome, position and alleles.
This error is saying that there were no SNPs that have matched chr and position with the reference panel.
If you can paste a couple of lines of your input file, I can see what is exactly the reason of this mismatch.

Best
Kyoko
