ERROR: -1 File upload failed

Thanks for developing such a great tool !

I encountered a upload problem. The system is keeping issue errors 'fail to upload error' today but it works well yesterday when I used. My file is 438M in gzip form and I uploaded mt file using chrome. I can successfully upload the file and it takes me to the web showing that my job is "NEW" but if I refresh the "list of jobs" it disappears and then I would receive the email saying "File upload failed" sent by the server. I've kept trying for several hours even I try to upload through another computer and different network, the problem remains unresolved. could you give me some help?
