Dear Dr. Watanabe,

I hope you are safe and well!

I was hoping I could ask you a small clarification. I was wondering if there was a typo in section 2 of SNP2GENE (Parameters for lead SNPs and candidate SNPs identification). Specifically, the second row in that table. It says "Minimum P-value of lead SNPs (<)". However, the tutorial has a different label. It says: "Maximum lead SNP P-value (<)". I am attaching screenshots here with arrows pointing to what I am referring to. I think this is minor, but I just wanted to make sure I knew the inputs before using.

Thank you very much for this very excellent tool. I appreciate your time!

All my best,
Corinne

Hi Corinne,

I am sorry for my slow response.

The input table is wrong, it should be the "Maximum" P-value, so by default SNPs with P<5e-8 are candidate of lead SNPs.
I will fix the typo in the next update.

Best,
Kyoko
