Dear FUMA team,
I submitted a job for SNP2GENE (ID: 698029) and got ERROR:001. Can you please tell me why?

I have reviewed the tutorial and the troubleshooting guidelines, and I have tried multiple submission attempts with different versions of the input file. To the best of my understanding, my files appear to be correctly formatted according to the documentation.
* The input file includes a header (no comment characters). * Mandatory columns are present (CHR, BP, P), with optional allele columns (effect_allele and non_effect_allele). * Chromosome values are numeric and BP are integers. * P-values are valid. * GRCh37 (hg19) input build.
Despite this, I consistently receive ERROR:001 across different trials (698029, 698209, 698221, 698221).
I would really appreciate knowing what might be causing this issue.
