Job won't submit

Hi,

Has anyone else been having trouble submitting jobs lately? When I hit "Submit Job," the file doesn't start uploading - no error message, nothing happens at all. I'm wondering if FUMA might be at capacity, though it's strange that the job doesn't even enter the queue.

Has anyone run into this and found a fix?

Hi Laura, 

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this issue, as I just submitted a job and it went through: 

Make sure that you are on this page (https://fuma.ctglab.nl/snp2gene) when submitting and not for example https://fuma.ctglab.nl/snp2gene/754656#newJob where  754656 is the id of the job you were viewing the results. I find that sometimes this link does not work which I need to investigate. But for now, make sure that you are on  https://fuma.ctglab.nl/snp2gene when submitting a job. Also, it could take a few to 30 seconds to be submitted.

Thanks a lot for your response. The solution was as simple as that, now it worked! I'll keep this in mind for future job submissions.
