to FUMA GWAS users

Dear FUMA users,

I ran the SNP2GENE of 2 GWAS allowing MAGMA analysis. Then I submitted the cell-type job of those (using the ensemble). For both the jobs I get the same error: ERROR:cellType

Job IDs are:

668228

668215

Except in your case, the problematic dataset is: 456_Braun2023_Human_2023_FirstTrimester_Forebrain_CarnegieStage20_level1 so you can try again with removing this dataset from the analysis.
