Hi - reporting 2 very minor formatting issues - it seems CHR must be the first column in the file (gives ER006), and Chr X cannot be the first row in the file.

Thank you for your report.
But CHR does not need to be the first column to success the process and Chr X should be automatically converted to 23.
The error you got might be due to the combination of other things.
The error 6 is most likely due to the duplicated SNPs or infidels.
Would you mind to share your jobID where error 6 occurred (if you still have that job)?
I can check what is the actual error message.
