Reference for tissue analysis

Is there a reference for the multinomial linear regression between gene-level zeta scores and tissue-specific gene expression implemented in SNP2GENE?

The original 2015 MAGMA paper covers gene-set analysis, the 2017 FUMA paper covers the GENE2FUNC tissue-analysis, and then there is the 2019 cell-type reference.

I think you can cite the 2017 FUMA paper and the 2015 MAGMA paper for the MAGMA analysis on the specificity in tissue types.
