Dear FUMA team and users,

Thank you for creating such a powerful tool! I am currently using FUMA to analyze my GWAS results.

I have a question regarding its functionality: Is it possible to perform downstream analyses (e.g., gene annotation, pathway enrichment, tissue expression) in FUMA on a set of genomic loci that I have pre-defined?

Instead of starting from GWAS summary statistics, I would like to input a custom list of SNPs or genomic regions (e.g., from eQTL studies or literature) and use FUMA to characterize them.

I tried uploading a file with these loci but am unsure about the correct format.
I couldn't find clear instructions in the documentation.
Could you please clarify if this is supported? If yes, what is the required input format? If not, is this a feature planned for future releases?

Thank you very much for your help!
