Incomplete Manhattan Plot

Hi,

The job ID is 280414. Snp are in hg19 format. I found that  in the Manhattan plot, only upto chr 13 is displayed. But I checked the summary stat file. it contains snp upto chr 22. Is there any suggestion how to fix this? Thank you very much.

Hi Saiful, 

That is strange, I checked the job and it appears that only chr1-13 were parsed by the first step of FUMA. My guess is that either there is something strange with your input data or the upload of the file went wrong. Can you try uploading again and make sure to stay on the submission page without clicking around until the upload is complete? If you still get the same results, can you send me your input data and I will check whats happening? (d.p.wi...@vu.nl)
