EEROR003: inconsistency

Many apologies for deleting the above, now the main issue is with EEROR003, found that both jobs had problems with Pval, the latter converted the data to integer form rather than scientific notation but still reported the error, thank you for your time and help!

Hello, 

I checked your jobs 563099 and 563104 but it seems that you have not fixed the scientific notation issue in the position columns: 
invalid literal for long() with base 10: '1.6e+07'

You need to make sure that for all of the variants in your input file, none of the positions have scientific notation.
