Hi FUMA team,
I am writing this referring to job ID 240822. The MAGMA gene-set analysis generated some gene sets from my data. However, after the Bonferroni correction, the p values are not significant. Is there any approach like reducing the number of genes analysed to have decent p values after Bonferroni correction?
Thank you.
Regards,
Zhao

Dear Zhao,
Thank you for your message. Unfortunately it is not how MAGMA should be run/interpreted. For MAGMA specific analyses, we would direct you to the manual for more information: MAGMA manual.
Thank you,
Tanya
