subset of sumstat

hi,

I read in the guide that it is possible to upload a subset of the sumstats but that doesn't seem to work. I sent one containing 10-20 SNPs for annotation but I get the attached error message. The column names are correctly specified in the submission page. Any idea why this might be happening? I have annotated the full sumstat files for 4 different phenotypes and those work.

Hi Ralph, 

I am sorry but this issue is not reproducible on my end. 

I was able to submit to FUMA with a file with 20 lines.
