Unable to submit jobs

I FUMA team, 

I have been trying to submit jobs for the past couple of days. I have tried various times throughout the day and failed to succeed. Once I try to submit the job, I keep getting a blank screen that says the server is essentially busy, and none of my jobs can be submitted. Please let me know if something on my end hinders my ability to submit jobs.

could you please go through the following troubleshooting list?

File upload failed.

This error is because your file upload failed. Please try again. Do not leave the page while uploading the file (after clicking the submit button).

1. Only click the "Submit Job" once.

2. Try using a different browser and/or hard refresh the page. (Ctrl + shift + r)

3. Try using a VPN.

4. Try a personal computer from a home network. (Sometimes networks in working environments are very strict)

I have tried each of the suggestions listed above, and I am still unable to submit jobs. On Google Chrome, the screen has sat for hours and never loads the document; on Safari, I get a message saying the FUMA server is busy. I am unsure how to move forward

Hi there,

how big is the file you are trying to submit? Is it compressed or not? Would you like to share the file with me in a private email and then I will try to submit it or investigate what could have been wrong, further.

Hi, same problem here. Yestersay I submited a job that was correctly analysed, but today, same settings, same file size, but after pressing the "Submit job" button, nothing happened...
