I fixed a minor bug that prevented resource access from the browser.
Basically all the work around the media types ignored the fact that
accessing a resource from the browser didn't set a media type, and it
assume the type was a string. The default now is XML, which means you
can use all the '.' notations as expected (.xml, .json, etc).
