Users meet software most painfully when something goes wrong.

Jesus teaches us to consider the person in difficulty.

An error message should not blame, confuse, or abandon the user.

Tell them what happened in plain language. Preserve their work where possible. Show the next step.

Christian design can be visible even in failure states.

Compassion belongs in the interface too.
