Required Experience
Strong Business Analysis experience in Large Private Equity firms, or FS projects.
Proven Scrum Master experience with Agile delivery teams
Ability to manage and communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders and leadership
Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience driving Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery coordination
