Job Description:
We are
seeking a talented Mid-Level UX/Product Designer to support a leading climate
systems client on an exciting digital transformation initiative. This is a
fully remote contract opportunity through the end of the year, ideal for a
designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital
experiences and enjoys collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, user-centric digital
experiences for web and/or mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups,
and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers,
developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into
effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research and incorporate user
feedback into design iterations.
- Maintain consistency with established
design systems and UI standards.
- Work alongside development teams to ensure
accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in design reviews and
continuously improve user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
Required
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a UX Designer,
Product Designer, or UI/UX Designer.
- Strong understanding of UX principles,
user-centered design methodologies, and UI best practices.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping
tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience creating wireframes,
prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
- Strong communication skills and the
ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional
teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced, Agile environment.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience working on enterprise
applications or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development
methodologies.
- Experience working with design systems and
accessibility standards is a plus.
- Previous experience supporting SaaS or
technology-driven products is preferred.
