New version of FT Table Opener available

New Version 1.13 4/29/2009

1. Full Tilt changed the format of the data in their lobby in a new
release, which prevented Table Opener from working correctly. FTTO was
updated to support this new verion of the FT software.
2. Full Tilt added additional items to their "Type" column in the
lobby and Table Opener now supports these new options (in the Table
Options drop-down box).
3. Changed operation so that you can also open tables with 0 or 1
players at the table (good for heads up).
4. Changed the program's icon.

New Version 1.14 5/2/2009

1. Fixed problem where the "Max Number Tables to Open" is reset back
to 3 when you start the program.
2. Fixed problem where the number of open tables was not counted
correctly if the user manally closed a table.
