Hi there,

How do I get help on this?  My full screen is not loading, and yes, I've recently paid.  Is there a glitch today?

Thanks!
Julie

This is the message I get:

Failed to sign in: OAuth2 request failed: Service responded with error: 'Service has been disabled for this account.'

Did you shut down the popup sign-in window?

Please try again. If you have questions, please check the FAQ section located in the ⚙️ menu.

but nothing loads.

In the recent 6 years, I haven't had user reports of this issue. You can get a refund.
My speculations of possible explanation:
1. your browser setting or your other browser extensions blocked something - try using a different browser to test https://fullscreen-for-googletasks.com/
2. your firewall or your company's firewall blocked something - test with a different computer
3. https://fullscreen-for-googletasks.com/ is not in your company's whitelist - test a different wifi
4. your IT disabled using "sign in with google" for your Google workspace account - test with a personal Google account
