I lost my lists

New user here. I spent a great deal of time setting up "Full Screen for Google Tasks" and just recently all my lists (except one) are grayed out and I cannot open them. Am I supposed to pay something to someone to get access to them back? I uninstalled the app (or extension - still not sure which is which) and reinstalled it. I had to log in using my Google Login but get the same results, all lists grayed out except one. The app on my iPhone still has the Tasks app installed and appears to be working fine. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
