web version works but not extension

I'm able to access the app through the web version but not through the extension. When I try log into Google in the extension version, I get this error. I had my IT pro check everything and they said the only thing left to do was contact the develop to find out why the extension doesn't work

I have similar issue - logged into the web version fine, but the chrome extension refuses to log in. Using vivaldi so assumed it was something to do with that. Played aroudn with a number of settings to no avail. Awaiting a fix.

Weirdly mine works now and opens a pinned tab when you click on the extension icon. Might have been a simple restart or the update to Vivaldi that just installed.

I pushed out a patch yesterday to force Vivaldi to use the web version. Look at the url launched by the extension, if it's https://fullscreen-for-googletasks.com/, then that's why.

I'm also not able to login via the extension, but the website https://fullscreen-for-googletasks.com/ works. See attached.
