to Full Screen for Google Tasks

Every time I come back to my Google Task full-screen app it changes the default and the information is all out of order.

Is there a way to fix this?

I’m almost done putting them back now, but when I close out and come back, the tasks that I put under each month tab in my lists will default back to either the top of the list or the bottom of the list.  I don’t understand why they don’t stay indented under the month that I put them under.

To fix it, I have to go back to the carrot, open the month and then put them back in the running list….

It’s frustrating and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Hi, it could be a temporary network issue or google API issue that happened coincidentally when you were doing lots of drag and drops, so the drag and drop didn't sync up. When the next time you need to do a large number of drag and drops, maybe consider doing it in the official google tasks mobile app. When you see a task is moved to a new location in the official app, it's kind of more trustworthy than in this app (although this app has been able to handle drag and drops just fine judging from the user experience in the last 5 years).

When you say the "official google tasks mobile app"  what is that one?  Is it this icon?

No, "google tasks" is a google product, it's available on iOS, Android, and in the sidebar of desktop gmail.com.

The icon you posted is the app made by one developer (me), it's just a skin, made for the purpose of providing a full screen experience on desktop, it retrieves your data (tasks) from google. 

If you're not already a user of Google Tasks, there's little reason to use the skin, because there are better task management apps made by other companies.
