Please find below the minutes of the meeting held today at tol. 

Attended by Pooja, Sharmila,  Debashree,  Gaurrang, Sushma,   Biswajit,  Sutapa. 

We started with THM n Prosperity Meditation. 

1. Pooja n Neha will be our speakers on 15th August. 

2. On 28th,  we will invite neha n pooja to discuss the flow. 

(Sutapa will speak to Neha n confirm. ) .Pooja will be present. 

3. Teams are as follows. .

Rakhi n Sutapa. . Inner world work n venue cleansing. 

Sutapa n Sharmila.. Mass Healing 

Gaurrang n Debashree. . Ushering

Renu .. marketing / centre wise focus needed by all. 

Rishi.. Registration

Sunil. . Prasad

Sushma. . Decoration,  stage, dancing team, khoi  bag or globe to put wishes in, balloons, caps, cup cake etc , etc. Purchase list to be given to biswajit. 

Pooja n Sushma will decide the flow of activities. 

Sushma will get GIF image invites made for 15 th August. 

4. Pooja will speak to Naresh ji regarding donating pens with 'I love Pranic Healing' engraved on each. 

5. Venue meeting date to be decided n biswajit will inform the manager of GDBS. 

6. Upcoming events for this year to be finalised  and venues to be booked for 2018 immediately. 

Biswajit to find out details of open air hall availability at Alipore and revert asap. 

7. God bless India postcard, trust n caring heart brochures to be given to all. 

8. All large teams on whatsapp to be merged, removing all volunteers who are already in the centres to avoid overlapping. One head to be incharge of the fresh inner world  team. 

All of us will do IWW n post on the core  grp daily for Founder's Day event. 

9. We all decided to usher in Master's Birthday with 108 sharnagati on 14th August midnight. 

Each centre head is required to take confirmation from their centre Trustee n revert asap. 

Event.. 108 Sharnagati, followed by soul meditation ( optional) 

Date.. 14th August. 

Time.. 11.30 pm   - - 1.30 am. 

Venues.. Techno, Tol, Ltwk, Howrah,  Pol, Liluah,  Subashgram, Chandanagar, Asansol. 

We ended with Thanksgiving and Great Invocation for Founder's Day celebrations.
