With FM team's common consent we wish to Propose to the Trust that the services we have received so far from the past almost 3yrs from the Techie Mr. Sahil Pugalia for his services of Making the Software & maintaining it too apart from the on & off repairs. An amount equivalent to our AY course to be gifted to him.

Dear Team

Just to make you aware Sahil has developed and has been maintaining the software for past three years. A payment @ 11000/- per year will be a good option but paying only 11000/- might not help. We also need to get things done in future also.
Instead I would support Renu's way of paying Sahil equivalent to an Arhatic course. Kindly decide the final figures. And let us also not delay the payment.
