Absence felt - Rishi ji 

1. IW for all teams center wise to be evaluated & strengthened . Volunteers to meet once along with centre trustee. - *Radhika* 

2. Data has to henceforth compiled timely & posted - *rishi* 

3. Teasers for wesak to be done - *sushma*

4. Posters & invitation cards for wesak to be printed.- *Sushma* 

5. Techno team will tc of the 19th mahasamadhi event - *sushma* 

6. Wesak data from trust to be taken from Clara - *renu*

7. We discussed the issues on why numbers have gone down. - inner world needs to be strengthened 

8. Minutes to be made immediately after Friday meeting- *Sunil* + 1 more volunteer 

9 . Donation for envelopes - to talk to *Namit* (  for mahasamadhi & wesak ) *Sunil*

10. SMS & emailers for mahasamadhi to be sent asap by today itlself- *gaurang*

11. April venue for TOL - *gaurang* to coordinate with Biswajit & arrange.

12.  SMS for Mahasamadhi to be sent today - *Gaurrang*
