Has anyone started reading Week 1 yet? How shall we go about keeping
ourselves on track and moving forward through the book?

I just started the book. I have gotten to Week 1 but haven't done
anything yet. I think that the first step is to set an intention.
Perhaps we can do that and share our intentions here. I hope you're
having a beautiful day too! We've gotten a ton of snow overnight here
in Michigan. Finally looks like winter!

I started chapter 1.  I've written some of my Intentions and motivators.  But I need to spend more time alone thinking about everything.  (hard to do on a holiday weekend with hubby around)

Patti, I'm having the same problem getting to the book with the
husband and children around!

I just now finished the reading for Week !, so this is actually my "future me" replying! Some good work there. I plan to keep the lists I made open so that I can add things as they occur to me. There was some powerful stuff there!

I read it, and now am re-reading it with the intention of doing the
exercises! I'm pumped!

Do you have the podcasts? The very first ones are very similar to the book, and she has a guided meditation on one of them for the future dream body part. It's easier to do it with the audio so that you don't have to refer to the book while trying to do the imagery. I think it's on episode 3.
