I was hoping Fulcrum to be like Kanban and  I understand that it is more of a Scrum than Kanban.

But can we change the columns?

Or at least the Right-to-left flow is very counter-intuitive to me.

So I guess my real question is, how configurable are these columns?

Thanks!

Hi Umberto,

Fulcrum is definitely not a Kanban tool.

A couple of people have over time mentioned that the columns are the
wrong way around. They are ordered the same way that Pivotal Tracker
has them.

It would be technically possible to have the ordered the opposite way
but it's not currently high on the priority list.

There are also no plans to allow complete configuration of the columns,
e.g. adding and removing columns. So if you are looking for a kanban
tool I don't think Fulcrum is going to meet your needs, sorry.
