DS-2019 extension

Dear all ka,

How is everyone and the new semester (for those who are still studying) ka?
Hope that everything is going well for all na ka.

I am wondering if anyone used to ask to extend the DS-2019 ka?
My DS-2019 will expire on May 21 which is the date that I filled in
the grant renewal form last year ka.
However, at that time, I didn't really know the semester's end date
and I just looked up from the registrar website ka.
It turns out that they count the Spring semester later than that ka
and I need to extend it ka.
Also, I think it will be more convenient for me if I could finish all
my work for my Master's and all the matters about transfering from
Master's to PhD before the DS-2019 will expire ka.

I plan to contact IIE, but I am not sure about the reasons I should
provide if I would like to extend it for another 2 months ka.
Please help suggest if you have any suggestions na ka.

Extension is very important for TUSEF and IIE to know in advance for an approval.
