I was wondering if anybody was using or has some sort of a stylesheet
or XSLT or any other mechanism for displaying a FuGE.xml document?
Thanks
Frank

Indeed, I have done some work on that front in preparation to the
ISA-TAB meeting. So based on examples provided by Allyson and Andy for
Fuge, you guys for GelML and Ryan Brinkman/Joseph Spindlen for Fuge
Flow, I have developed xsl stylesheet rendering fuge and fuge extension
document in ISA-TAB format (either html or tab delimited).
You can have a look at the output from this link:
http://isatab.sourceforge.net/examples.html
Direct links:
Fuge: http://isatab.sourceforge.net/docs/AmandaMicroarray26032008.xml
GelML: http://isatab.sourceforge.net/docs/DIGEexample_from_amersham_v4.xml
FlowCyt: http://isatab.sourceforge.net/docs/Donor_HSC_Contribution.xml
I am writing up a report on my experience prototyping those stylesheets.
I hope to post this report tomorrow.
Couple of disclaimers:
i. the stylesheets are not yet production grade but I feel this is a
reasonable start. It would help to have more examples for testing
purposes :)
ii. because the goal was to rendered fuge encoded information in ISA-TAB
(isatab.sf.net), some information is lost but templates could be easily
generated
iii. I am still working on creating fairly generic modules so hopefully
code could be recycled.
I hope to be done with the report later today.
All the best
Philippe
