Hi Simon,
You can subscribe to the FuGE mailing list via the SourceForge pages. Instructions are here:
http://fuge.sourceforge.net/dev/list.php (The Google group is just a copy of what is sent on the SF site, to aid in indexing the emails sent to the list.)
I have also CC'ed the FlowCyt SF project, as I think perhaps you are working with their UML?
http://flowcyt.sourceforge.net/There is further information on installing the XML STK using the FlowCyt version of FuGE here:
http://wiki.ficcs.org/ficcs/FuGE-to-XSD
However, if you specifically wish to use the hibernate STK, then you also need to use the instructions at
http://fuge.sourceforge.net/stks/hibernate-stk/fuge-hibernate-books/fuge-hibernate/index.html
I would suggest reading through the instructions for the XML STK that you see on the ficcs site (
http://wiki.ficcs.org/ficcs/FuGE-to-XSD), and then the Hibernate STK instructions again. Or, if your interest is in using the FlowCyt XML mainly, and just wish to have a basic database back-end, you can always try a XML database based on the FlowCyt XML.
Unfortunately without a copy of the actual errors you encountered, and at exactly what step of the installation procedure you were at, I cannot give you any more specific help. If you wish to send those errors to the
fuge-...@lists.sourceforge.net mailing list, I can try to help you out more.
More information about developing projects using FuGE is available at
http://dx.doi.org/10.1089/omi.2008.0080Thanks very much for your interest in FuGE!

Hi
I am currently working on a project that deals with flow cytometry.
Therefore I want to implement the Fuge Hibernate STK and integrate the
FugeFlow extension, but this causes some problems. I exported the
FuGEFlow.mdzip file with MagicDraw as described in the installation
guide and changed the according path in the fuge-hibernate-mda/
pom.xml. Afterwards I made an mvn install, which caused some
validation errors.
Did I make any mistake? Could you please provide with a more detailed
installation guide and add me to the fuge-devel group?
Greetings
Simon
