Hi all,
The list has been fairly low traffic lately so just a quick post to say that the article on extending FuGE is finally out in OMICS:
http://www.liebertonline.com/toc/omi/13/3
If you don’t have access to this journal, let me know, and I’ll see if we can publicly release a pre-print version or anything on the website.
There’s been a fair bit of progress with several models in proteomics using a cut-down version of FuGE, which I think could have some advantages being more widely adopted. I’ve spoken offline to a few people about this but we should probably have some group discussion about this, I’ll post some details soon.
Cheers
Andy
Do you have a copy of the pdf. I don't have access.
Cheers,
Joe
