Year 2011 has just kicked off, and the committee members of FUGAM plan
to fulfill it with not only social but also professional networking
activities.

One or two scholarships to study French language in France will be
awarded to students who are already learning the language, at their
respective colleges. These students should come from a low income
family background.

A series of professional forums touching on various topics, ranging
from "The difference between the French and the Malaysian System of
Higher Education" to "French Internship System: A Dynamic Synergy
Between The Industry and the Academic World" are being planned for
this year.

Social events such as a charity dinner attended by VVIP guests to
collect funds to continue our scholarship program in the coming year,
as well as breakfast networking meetings to foster the professional
ties between French alumni are in the agenda for 2011. All these plans
will only remain as plans without your support.

As the backbone of the association, it would be an honor to have most
of you, if not all, to get together at a "Soiree Rencontre", to
discuss the activities mentioned above. We believe with many small
teams of dedicated members, nothing is impossible.
