Hey its not an MBA actually . Its a technical course with some entrepreneur skills taught. For placements mostly IT companies will be taking them for production  management. Theses guys will form the bridge between the core development and the  sales team. My final word is Its like a MBA course with IT specialization. 

Placements will be good but not as best as IIMs. But MBA degree here is narrowed and carreer opurtunities will be less.  Whereas other MBA in IITS and IIMs are broader as they have various fields like finance, banking, HR, IT.....

IISc for MBA can be given a place after IIMs and IITs and all top tier management colleges.
