Dear friend,

I'm writing this letter on behalf of the Department
of International Affairs, the Students Union. We
hereby sincerely invite you to our "Language
Workshop" activity. The purpose of this activity is
to provide an exchange platform for overseas students
as well as the local students. The content will
include chat, debate and games. It's really a good
opportunity for you to practice your Chinese and make
friends with more local students.

It would be a great pleasure to meet you and perhaps
your language partner on the lawn in front of the
HuangHua Building, at 14:50, on October 14th,
2008(Tuesday).

If you have made up your mind to come, please send

us know whether you will come by yourself or with your
language partner.
