复旦美国校友会年度野餐会通知 － 9月2日曼哈顿中央公园

The 6th Annual Fudan Alumni Reunion Picnic Announcement –Sep 2nd, Central Park

复旦美国校友会（含原上海第一医科大学) 定于2012年9月2日(星期六)中午11:30在曼哈顿中央公园西北处TheGreat Hill 举行第六届一年一度的秋季野餐会(入口西108街和Central Park West 路口)。热烈欢迎大纽约地区的复旦校友届时踊跃参加，并欢迎携带家属、子女及朋友前往。 这次活动主要以相互认识，交流为主， 进一步加强校友们之间的联系。希望复旦校友们相互通报，同时也欢迎兄弟院校的朋友前来参加。

We are very pleased to announce that Fudan AlumniAssociation (including the former Shanghai First Medical University) will kickoff the sixth Annual Alumni Picnic Reunion in the Central Park of New York Cityon Sunday, September 2nd, 2012 (will be rescheduled to next Saturday, 09/08/2012 ifrains).  This event always has thelargest number of alumni, which definitely makes this event more interesting. Youwill meet up with senior alumni as well as making new friends. Families andfriends are very welcome. And  passing thisevent around will be also appreciated.

1.         聚会时间：    9月2日 星期天上午11:30。

 如果9月2日星期天下雨，改期为9月8日星期六同一时间（如是，则校友会将在2日早上10：00之前发出email通知确认改期）。

Time:               11:30AM, Sunday, 09/2/2012

The event will be extent to same time on 09/08, Saturday ifit rains. Alumni  Associate will send outreschedule notifications before 10:00 A.M.

2.         聚会地点：    哈顿中央公园西北角 The Great Hill ， 请从108街和Central Park West的入口进入，前行100米左右即到。

Venue:            The Great Hill,The Central Park on Manhattan (100 meters from the entry at 108th Street and Central Park West)

 

3.         公园设备：    请自行携带野餐地毯（公园只有少量桌子）。欢迎大家自带球类等小型娱乐节目。

 

Facility:           Please bringyour own picnic blanket (the park only has few tables).  Feel free to bring Frisbee or balls forsports.

 

 

4.         食品：            午餐自带，或可以在公园附近购买。校友会亦会视需要就近集体购买Pizza（由分享者分担费用）。

 

Food:               Please bring your own picnic food.  You may purchase food at the supermarkets orDeli close to the Central Park and bring to the picnic.  If there is enough interest, the AlumniAssociation may order pizza for you at your own cost.
