I'm retiring the old Serenity Jasmine Runner for 2.0

Not sure anyone any longer cares, but I’m officially retiring the old Serenity Jasmine Runner that Josh and I built many, many moons ago. It’s not going to be compatible w/ FubuMVC 2.0, but more importantly, it’s apparently much slower in CI than the current state of the art Node.js based Karma, so we’re moving away from it at work as is.
