Migration to Github

I'm starting the migration from the "reboot" branch on GooglecodeSVN to Github. Please avoid commits for the time being.

I'll report back status as it becomes available.

It's done. I didn't migrate the history (I tried that last time and it failed miserably).

I would like to leave the GooglecodeSVN repo up read-only (except for a few who are using FubuMVC /trunk in production).

If we need history for some reason, it'll be up there.

If/when existing Fubu users move to the new repository, I'll make the Googlecode one officially read-only for everyone.

I'll post a quick guide in a minute for Git noobs.
