Fubu + StructureMap + NHibernate

Question for everyone really,

Are you all using these 3 tools in this manner:

That is how we have been doing it for 3 years or so, but recently I have been having some serious memory consumption issues. Memory profiles show that NH is using 3.5GB of Ram in production (Crash Dump) and that just doesn't seem right at all to me. Bad thing is we have so much code, it's literally like looking for a needle in a haystack. 

If someone has a better/more optimized way of using these tools together I am all ears.
