Jasper Development Plan and Roadmap

Bet most of you thought this room was dead and Jasper/FubuMVC deader, but there's a touch of life in it yet. Now that Marten is settling down for me and the CoreCLR stuff is getting more mature, I've been able to start thinking about Jasper again.

Do note that this is almost completely about redoing the architecture and extremely light on details about better usability or new features.
