IncludeDiagnostics(false) not disabling adv diagnostics

We just noticed that adv diagnostics are showing up in production even
though we have them disabled (via IncludeDiagnostics(false)). I could
have sworn this worked in the past but but now I'm not sure. Is this
supposed to work or is there another way to do it (Short of not
deploying the bottle)?

We're on 0.9.3.698.

@Mike,

This is problematic because the package itself still exists and bottles import mechanism will still pull it in if it's there. I recommend:

1) Removing the contents from fubu-content

2) Creating an issue for this on github

I'm slammed with work stuff for the next week and a half or so and my Fubu list is piling up but let's get a dialog started on this. I want to revisit adv diag soon anyway so this is good timing.
