Howdy,

I have about 40 seats left for our 2010 Human Factors and Safety Management System Seminar in Dallas March 31 - April 1. If you're already coming, please invite a colleague who would enjoy hearing from an amazing array of speakers on these topics. We are collecting a very reasonable $75 USD Seminar fee and DFW is a low cost area for those who will travel in.

Human factors are present in every mishap, and SMS is a platform that can be used to help reduce or eliminate threats to our system. Please take a look at the webpage and particularly our speakers and their presentation topics. I know you will find the seminar both educational and fun, and you will have an excellent opportunity to meet other professionals from around our global industry.

If you need additional information, please call or email. I look forward to meeting you next week in Dallas at the Frontiers Of Flight Museum.

Sincerely,
Kent

Hello Kent,

We attended last year, I'd like to attend again this year.  How do I register?

Additionally,  we were one of the few Air Medical operators who attended and volunteered to give a presentation about what is going on in our industry...hopefully, you'll consider us for next year.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Roy,

2. I'm sorry we didn't connect for this year, we certainly need more representation from your industry. If we go for year 3, you're in there! In the meantime I would like to do something later this year where we focus a bit more on CRM and fatigue risk management. Any ideas on a good venue? We can use Bell Helicopter for free, the room holds 45. We've done a few things there with the North Texas EMS group and they have been successful. Also local libraries are usually free and we can use Tarrant County College NW Campus also if you're interested in something in this area, home turf for Bell and Eurocopter.

3. Thanks for checking in and I'll see you next week.

Sincerely,
Kent
