Date event crossing date boundary

Hi Marteijn,

first of all: I'm still excited about your ftr-library. Good job!

Using the date part of ftr I am currently facing some problems. When
an event crosses the date boundary, e.g. it ranges from May 1st 23:00h
till May 2nd 3:00h it is not displayed correctly. Instead of one event
just overlapping the date boundary the calendar renders two events
starting at 23:00h, one on May 1st and one on May 2nd. The fact that
their end time is still 3:00h (with 3:00h being before 23:00h) makes
the calendar display them with the least possible space. This looks
kinda awkward.

Do you know about this issue?
